The Focus Session
We know what matters — we just can’t quite land it alone.
A Focus Session is a one-time facilitated meeting designed to unlock clarity or a decision around a specific issue that hasn’t been moving — despite time, effort, and good intentions.
Together, we identify the needle-blocking issue and bring structured collective attention to it — so the conversation can finally land, cleanly and constructively.
This is not about doing everything.
It’s about doing the right thing — together, without smokes and mirrors.
If something needs to move, this is the fastest way.
How the session works
Before the session
✅ Customization call with team lead (0,5-1h)
✅ Tailored agenda and process design to your needs
✅ Pre-session preparation and materials
During the session
✅ Live facilitation (1-2h)
✅ Real-time guidance of group dynamics
✅ Support in decision-making, alignment, and collaboration
After the session
✅ Summary of key outcomes and decisions
✅ Follow-up recommendations if needed
When one-time Facilitation changes everything
one thing needs to be clear before we can move.
👉 A Focus Session helps teams clarify the one thing that needs to be aligned now — so momentum isn’t built on assumptions or crossed wires.
this decision is taking longer than it should.
👉A Focus Session brings everyone into the same conversation, at the same depth, at the same time — so a clear decision can finally land.
We know our stuff — we just need this to land.
👉 A Focus Session helps experts align their thinking, surface assumptions, and translate insight into a clear, collective decision — without diluting depth or overcomplicating.

A Focus Session is Not the Right Fit If :
❌ You want an open-ended conversation without an intention to land something
❌ The main goal is venting, emotional processing, or team bonding
❌ No one present has authority or ownership to act afterward
❌ The issue is still completely undefined
❌ You’re looking for reassurance more than clarity

Perfect! Creating clarity is my work, not your homework.
Think about it like this :
You don’t go to the doctor with a diagnosis.
You go to the doctor for a diagnosis
I will ask you questions in the customization call to determine where you are at and we will discuss together which offer is the most supportive for you to move you towards your goal.
If you’ve been saying,
“Something’s off, but we can’t quite name it,”
you’re in exactly the right place. 👌

More than you would expect.. and intentionally not everything.
A Focus Session is designed to unlock clarity or decisions that have been hovering for weeks — sometimes months.
This isn’t about fixing everything.
(We definitely won’t solve all your problems in a single session.)It’s about choosing one bottleneck and bringing the right process and collective attention to it so it can finally MOVE.
When a group focuses on the right thing, together, with intention, progress becomes surprisingly efficient.
👉 That is why it is called a Focus session.

Very little — almost none. Just come as you are !
I will ask you questions in the customization call to understand where you are at and what you most likely need.
Once the contract and invoice are taken care of, I will reverse-engineer a process to move you towards your goal and send you the final version of the Meeting one pager 2-3 days before the session so that you are set & ready to go.
